Which networks does this brand use?

Optional. Each network you pick adds 3 questions about it and a score of its own.

Core · 1 of 5Profile and bio

Does every profile say clearly what you do and who it is for?

New visitors decide in seconds whether to follow.

Is there 1 clear link or next step in each bio?

Interested people need somewhere to go.

Do the name, photo and look match on every network?

A familiar look helps people know it is you.

Are contact details or how to book easy to find?

Warm leads leave if they cannot find how to reach you.

Core · 2 of 5Content mix

Do you share a mix of topics, not only offers?

A feed that only sells is easy to ignore.

Do you use the formats each network favours?

Each network pushes certain formats, like short video or carousels.

Does each post have a clear hook in the first line or second?

Most people decide fast whether to keep reading or watching.

Do you show real people, products or work?

Real photos and video build trust faster than stock.

Core · 3 of 5Consistency

Do you post on a steady schedule?

A steady rhythm gives followers a reason to come back.

Do you plan posts at least 1 week ahead?

Planned posts are less rushed and gaps show up early.

Do you write or film in batches?

Batching saves time and keeps quality even.

Can you tell which network will run out of posts first?

The feed that goes quiet first is the one that slips.

Core · 4 of 5Engagement and community

Do you reply to comments and messages quickly?

Replies show real people are behind the account.

Do you ask questions or invite replies in your posts?

A direct question is easier to answer than a vague one.

Do you engage with other accounts in your field?

Being a good neighbour helps people find you.

Do you share customer stories or reviews?

People trust other customers more than they trust you.

Core · 5 of 5Tracking and results

Do you have 1 or 2 clear goals for social media?

Without a goal, you cannot tell if it is working.

Do you look at your numbers at least once a month?

A regular look shows what to repeat and what to drop.

Can you tell which posts bring visits or enquiries?

Likes alone do not tell you what brings customers.

Do you change what you post based on what you learn?

The point of looking at results is to act on them.

Run it for every client. Keep every feed going.

Agencies run this audit for each client. The part that slips most is consistency. Mirkaat's Runway counts the days of posts each brand has left on every network, so you see which feed goes quiet first.

Social media audit questions.

10 answers. Anything else: hello@mirkaat.com

01How do I audit my social media?

Look at 5 things: your profiles, your content mix, how steady you post, how you talk with people, and what you track. This scorecard walks you through all 5 with 20 questions. Pick your networks to add 3 questions for each one.

02How often should I run a social media audit?

A full audit every 3 to 6 months is a good habit. A quick look at your numbers once a month is enough in between.

03What should I measure?

Start from your goal. If it is sales or leads, track visits and enquiries from social. If it is reach, track views and new followers. Replies and saves tell you what people care about.

04How is the score worked out?

Each question has a weight. Yes counts in full, partly counts as half, no counts as 0. The total is shown out of 100. With no networks picked it uses the 20 core questions. Each network you pick adds 3 questions to the total and gets its own score. It is a guide to what to fix, not a grade.

05Can I use this for my clients?

Yes. Add the client name, answer the questions, then copy the summary or save it as a PDF to send. Your answers stay in your browser only.

06How do I make a branded PDF report?

Finish the audit. Open "Branded report for a client". Add your agency name, the client name, your name, the date, an accent colour and a logo if you like. Then press "Print / save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. The report prints on A4.

07Where does my logo go?

Nowhere. It is kept in your browser only and is never uploaded. It is shrunk first, so it stays small. Use "Remove" to clear it.

08Why pick networks?

Each network has its own habits. Pick the ones the brand uses and you get 3 questions on each, a score per network, and fixes that name the network. Skip them and the audit still works with the 20 core questions.

09Do old share links still work?

Yes. Links made before networks were added open as before. New links also carry the networks you picked.

10Is this tool free?

Yes. No signup and no email. Your answers stay in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
