Terms of service.

These terms are an agreement between you and 26Studio LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Mirkaat", "we"). They cover your use of the Mirkaat app, website and services. By using Mirkaat, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 and use Mirkaat for a business or as a professional. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

Keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by people you invite. Tell us straight away at hello@mirkaat.com if you think someone else has access.

Mirkaat lets you write, check, schedule and publish posts to social networks, and see how they do. Posts are published through the networks' official connections.

The networks decide what they accept and when. If a network is down, changes its rules, or refuses a post, the post may not go out. We will show you when a post fails, but we are not responsible for what the networks do.

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew until you cancel.
• Each plan has a number of brands, users and posts a month. If you go over, we will contact you about more posts or a bigger plan before anything stops.
• You can cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

You own everything you post and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to run Mirkaat for you.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it, including any photos, music and client material.

Do not use Mirkaat to post spam, break the law, break any network's rules, harass anyone, or post content you do not have rights to. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

When you post through Mirkaat, you must also follow the terms of each network you post to, such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest and X.

We work to keep Mirkaat running at all times, but we do not promise it will never be down. There is no formal uptime guarantee.

Mirkaat is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed posts or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email and update the date above. Using Mirkaat after that means you accept the new terms.
